Can My Clients Import Their Information Into The New Form?

Solution Unfortunately this is not possible. You would need to start using the Outside The Box Planner Forms with new customers, or existing customers who have not yet started the planning process - or are willing to switch in order to ensure that all the detailed information is collected.

You might want to offer to import the information for your customer as a form of Customer Service for those that are in the infancy stages of their planning.
